Whether you’re dreaming of poolside drinks, game-day hosting, or a peaceful backyard escape, here’s what you wanted to know most about our custom Yard Bars and pool cabanas:
1. Can I customize my yard bar however I want it?
Yes! Customization is at the heart of everything we do at Yard Bars 2U. While we offer our popular standard 5×8 and 5×10 Yard Bars, we also build fully customized designs tailored to your unique vision. Whether you’re dreaming of a coastal escape, a sleek modern setup, outdoor patio with firepit vibe or a tiki-style cocktail hub, we’ll bring it to life. From layout and materials to countertops, shelving, lighting, and even personalized bar branding—you get to choose it all.
We now offer a customized “live edge” epoxy bar top and a deluxe farmhouse built using Azek Board and Batten design, with cedar clapboard and posts (as showcased at the shows).

2. What are some additional ways I can use the pool cabana?
So many! While our pool cabanas are perfect for poolside drinks, many customers use them as outdoor offices, teen hangouts, gym spaces, or backyard game hubs. Others use the back-side of it for pool storage or as a place for guests to change. Add a TV, golf simulator, or even a putting green—our designs are as versatile as your lifestyle.
3. If I buy one, then do I have to call the plumber, electrician, etc.?
Nope—we handle it all. Yard Bars 2U offers a turnkey experience. We coordinate licensed professionals for backyard site preparation, hardscaping, plumbing, electrical, TV, Sonos surround sound, WiFi, and any other installations required to get your bar up and running. You don’t have to juggle contractors—we take care of the logistics so you can relax and enjoy the results.
4. As a business owner, what are some of the commercial Yard Bars you offer, and how can they be customized to fit different business types or outdoor spaces?
We offer fully customizable commercial outdoor bars specifically designed to meet the needs of a wide range of businesses—from hospitality and retail to events and pop-ups. 5. How do you winterize the bar?
An important question, especially in New England! Our Yard Bars are built with durability in mind. We recommend you unplug any appliances and take them indoors for storage. If you have a custom bar top, we recommend you put a tarp over it to protect it from the harsh winter elements. Barstools can be stored right within the bar itself.
