It’s been a while since our last blog post, but for good reason—we’ve been hard at work planning for an incredible 2025 season! After a successful inaugural year, we’re thrilled to have introduced so many new customers—both residential and commercial—to the ultimate outdoor transformation.
Your feedback for customization ideas and features has been amazing! We’ve loved hearing first-hand how our Yard Bar has brought people together and created unforgettable moments with customers, friends and family. This is exactly why we started this journey—to enhance outdoor spaces and help make priceless memories.
We also heard from our commercial customers who experienced great benefits from our versatile products. We were able to help them offer new customer experiences, boosted outdoor food and beverage sales, as well as increased merchandise revenue and shorter consumer wait times during busy periods—truly a game-changer! Specific to the retail side, we supported new product display options and a branded studio for B2C podcasting in support of new digital marketing activities.
Our team is super excited for 2025! Here’s a sneak peek into what’s in store this upcoming season:

- We plan on kicking off the season by exhibiting at two major Home and Golf shows coming up in March in Foxboro, MA:

- Expanding our Product Catalog –
In 2024, we launched our initial lineup of Yard Bars offering traditional 5×8 and 5×10 models. In addition, we had many custom orders including our #1 design which we’ve dubbed “The Green Egg Edition.”
Our design and architecture teams have been hard at work this winter, producing some really awesome mockups for a new product line we’ll be launching this Spring:
“Backyard Cabana Unit” (BCU) – These open concept, three-sided outdoor structures will be perfect for backyards, outdoor entertainment venues, golf courses, patios and more. They will feature an open concept with a roof that sits atop a decking platform, providing high versatility for interior furnishing and layout.
The BCUs can be highly customized and offer more functional features such as storage, seating and more to create a more indoor/outdoor entertaining experience that is more affordable and customizable than the alternatives that are on the market today.
3) Interior & Exterior Add-Ons –
We’ve learned from customers that there is a growing need for more customized options for their Yard Bar interior such as: ice makers, compact refrigerators, sinks, secure storage, kegerators and more. We also plan to offer ceiling mounted glass racks, and games such as ring toss and darts.
For the exterior of the bar, we will now offer a rear, modular storage unit that can be built on the back of a traditional bar, complete with walls, door and roof. This would especially appeal to the commercial customers who are always looking for outdoor secure storage space or the residential customer who needs a place for additional storage for lawn, pool equipment and more.
4) Yard Bars 2U Merchandise –
We’re thrilled to announce that YB2U apparel is launching this Spring! Get ready for t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and more—perfect for repping your love for outdoor fun and great times. Stay tuned for the first drop—we can’t wait to share it with you!
5) New Pricing, Payment and Packaging Options –
You asked in 2024 – and we heard you! We are introducing a new leasing pricing model for select commercial and residential customers such as rental agencies, caterers and seasonal operators. This can be helpful for those seeking something more short-term, perhaps special events and functions. This would meet the Commercial needs for Restaurants, Beer Gardens, Music Festivals, and more!
For those DIY customers, we will now offer a “DIY Kit” for our traditional Yard Bar offerings. This will be an all-in-one kit with all the necessary material, documentation and support if you want to do it yourself. This way, you can tell everyone that you built your very own YB2U!
